Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. RN Recovery does not charge an upfront recovery fee. We pay for upfront costs, including Probate, Summary Administration, and notarizations. The terms that apply to your matter will be explained in writing.
How does RN Recovery get paid?
RN Recovery works on a contingency basis. If funds are not recovered, you pay absolutely nothing.
Is recovery guaranteed?
No. Recovery, eligibility, payment, approval, amounts, timing, and outcomes are not guaranteed. Each matter depends on its circumstances and applicable requirements.
What if the person named in the records has passed away?
Recovery may still be possible for eligible heirs or other legally entitled parties. Additional documentation may be required. RN Recovery can explain what information may be needed.
