Understanding RN Recovery
Why is RN Recovery contacting me?
Available records may indicate potential funds connected to you, a prior property, or a family member. Contact does not automatically confirm eligibility.
How do I know this is legitimate?
You deserve a clear explanation before deciding what to do. Ask a Recovery Specialist why contact occurred, what information was found, what still requires verification, and what the process may involve. You can call 714.552.1034 to talk through your questions before signing anything.
Fees and expectations
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. RN Recovery does not charge an upfront recovery fee. We pay for upfront costs, including Probate, Summary Administration, and notarizations. The terms that apply to your matter will be explained in writing.
How does RN Recovery get paid?
RN Recovery works on a contingency basis. If funds are not recovered, you pay absolutely nothing.
Is recovery guaranteed?
No. Recovery, eligibility, payment, approval, amounts, timing, and outcomes are not guaranteed. Each matter depends on its circumstances and applicable requirements.
How long does recovery take?
There is no universal timeline. Timing depends on the type of matter, jurisdiction, documentation, heirs, and court or agency processing.
Getting started
What happens after I contact RN Recovery?
A Recovery Specialist reviews the information and may ask questions or explain what additional information may be needed.
Do I need every detail before contacting you?
No. Begin with what you know. A Recovery Specialist can explain what questions may need to be answered next.
What if I do not know the case number?
Contact RN Recovery with whatever information is available. You do not need a case number to begin a conversation.
Can I speak with someone before signing?
Yes. Call 714.552.1034 to speak with RN Recovery before deciding whether to move forward.
What if I decide not to move forward?
That is your decision. You can ask questions, review the information, and decide whether to proceed. The process should remain low pressure.
Documentation and family matters
What information may be required?
Depending on the matter, property or case information, proof of identity, family or heir information, signed documents, notarized documents, or other records may be required. A Recovery Specialist can explain what applies.
What if the person named in the records has passed away?
Recovery may still be possible for eligible heirs or other legally entitled parties. Additional documentation may be required. RN Recovery can explain what information may be needed.
What if I do not know whether I am the correct heir?
You can begin with what you know. RN Recovery can explain what questions may need to be answered next.
Does RN Recovery provide legal advice?
No. RN Recovery is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Website information is general information, not legal, tax, financial, or probate advice.
A conversation is a good place to start
