By using this website, you agree to these website terms. Recovery services, if provided, are governed by a separate applicable written agreement.

No guaranteed outcome
There is no guarantee of recovery, payment, approval, eligibility, a recovery amount, timing, or any particular outcome. Requirements, fees, documentation, and timelines vary by matter and jurisdiction.
The co-founders’ combined career and business recovery experience is historical context, not a prediction or guarantee of results for a new matter.
Inquiries and service agreements
Submitting a website form does not create an attorney-client relationship, guarantee that RN Recovery will accept or pursue a matter, or itself create a recovery-service agreement.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, banking information, driver’s-license images, full dates of birth, or other highly sensitive information in the public form.
Service fees
Applicable service fees and compensation are governed by the applicable written agreement. RN Recovery works on a contingency basis. If funds are not recovered, you pay absolutely nothing.
RN Recovery does not charge an upfront recovery fee. We pay for upfront costs, including Probate, Summary Administration, and notarizations. Exact terms will be explained in writing before you decide whether to proceed. There is no universal fee percentage stated on this website.
