Our approach
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines help make websites more usable for people with different abilities and ways of accessing information. We continue to review and improve the site. We have not completed a comprehensive accessibility audit.
Using this website
- Navigate links, buttons, menus, questions, and form fields with a keyboard.
- Use the “Skip to content” link to move past navigation.
- Enlarge text and zoom the page; content is designed to reflow on smaller screens.
- Use your device’s reduced-motion setting to turn off animation, including the recovery-experience counter.
- Form fields have visible labels and explain errors when you review an inquiry.
